The Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Section is offering free legal assistance for Missourians affected by the storms of May 8-16, 2009 and include the following flood-related legal needs: assistance with life, medical and property insurance claims; help with home repair contracts and contractors' replacement of wills and other legal documents; counseling on mortgage-foreclosure and landlord/tenant problems.
