I reside with my wife in Carl Junction, Mo. We both work in Kansas. We are required to file income tax returns in both Kansas and Missouri. Currently we get a credit for the taxes we pay to Kansas on our Missouri tax return. What would happen with The Fair Tax? Would we sill get a credit for the income tax we pay to Kansas?
