I want everyone to know what happened at Freddy's Frozen Custard on January 7, 2009. The crew at the store are on top of customer satisfaction. We had two people come by and take our trash. Unfortunately one grabbed by 10-year-old daughter's retainers that were wrapped in a napkin. Also unfortunate was that they had just taken out all of the trash. The manager, five team members and myself went and dug through six trash bags. Not one person ever complained and if you can believe it seemed very happy to be doing what they could to help. In the end we found the retainers in the trash located inside the store. Figures! My family and I are extremely thankful for the kindness and help we received.
