Have you ICEd your cell phone?2005-11-18 14:38:24terri-d

Have you entered emergency contact information in your cell phone labeled "ICE" (In-Case-of-Emergency)? The State of Missouri joined the ICE initiative last August. First responders, emergency service personnel, law enforcement and bystanders will quickly be able to access that information should a citizen with a cell phone handy become a victim. ICE was created for emergency situations when a victim is unable to tell first responders his or her medical or contact information. Technology is replacing the card-in-the-wallet method of emergency contact.
