I've just read Brenda Lee's book, & as an exjw myself, so much of what she experienced rang true for me. Betrayal/shunning by family is devastating. It is important that the public become aware of what control the Watchtower Society holds over it's members. They dictate every aspect of the lives of these people. Yes, it is a cult.
