If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. I learned this in kindergarten. Some of you must have missed kindergarten. Brenda Lee's book was a very inspiring personal account of her journey. Who are you to trash another person's journey? I thought the book was uplifting, moved at a good pace and was concise and understandable. If you don't like it, just don't pass it on but you don't need to criticize the author and attack her character. That's what cult members do! Are you critics Jehovah's Witnesses? The author is only trying to help people through her OWN story of survival. I think some of these comments have been very rude and you should apologize for being so insensitive. There is enough hate in the world, don't pass anymore on. Just because you don't like it, how do you know the next person won't love it like I did? Let people decide for themselves. Also, if this book is so pathetic, why does it have 5 out of 5 stars on Amazon? Live and let live.
