I deliver for Papa Johns in North Carolina.Last year they changed our hourly pay from 6.00/hr to 4.25 while on a delivery and 7.25 when we return to the store. I have seen a decline in my weekly checks due to this "split pay" method.The "Smart routing" software we use also has increased the amount I spend out of pocket on gas.Yet they can afford to be the "official pizza" of the NFL, the NCAA final four, and NASCAR? What gives?
