How can six private citizens going up against Moark's lawyers who have teamed up with Missouri's Attorney General lawyers expect to get a fair hearing? DNR is not going to back down from their previous approval. Moark has plenty of legal resources and has already completed some of the chicken houses. It's a win-win situation for Moark. They merely submit a plan and once it is accepted, they are in compliance. This self-regulating approach is exactly like the "fox guarding the hen house. How can they lose? Something needs to be done...what is it really going to take to get people involved and motivated to help fight a powerful chicken industry with all their money and political power?
