If gasification of litter and dead birds was a viable, cost effective and or profitable process it would be happening all over. Don't expect any significant changes in methods of operations of the CAFO's anytime soon.

The chicken litter should be "gasified" and the energy produced converted to electricity. No smell, no flies, no problems. (Carcasses can be gasified,too.)
