There should concern that most of the animal factories WILL be owned by big corporations - not local big, mid, or small size farm owners. Also the minute amount of $500,000 for 'clean-up' does not in anyway cover the cost of pollution of the land and water, which taxpayers would have to pay when the corporation decides to abandon their animal factory. If European countries are banning animal factories why are we allowing them to overrun our states?
