Thank Sen. Bond for a solution2007-09-20 06:29:21mambo

While we are on the subject of the object of illegal employers, we all need to be mindful of our own MO Senator Bond who voted for a solution to the illegal employer problem. Recently Sen. Bond voted against the "Dorgan Amendment" to the Transportation Bill. This amendment, if signed into law , would have put a stop to President Bushs NAFTA pilot program of allowing Mexican trucking companies free run of the United States. The Mexican trucks are now limited to a buffer zone along the border where goods are transferred to US trucks. Oh yeah, the US House voted 411 to 3 in favor of stopping the Pilot NAFTA trucking giveaway but our dear leader ignored the will of almost 100 percent of the peoples representatives in the US House. SO THE "SOLUTION" PERFERRED BY SEN. BOND IS TO JUST SEND THE JOBS TO MEXICO AND ALLOW US COMPANIES TO HIRE THE MEXICANS LEGALLY WITHOUT THE MESS OF THE MEXICANS HAVING TO ENTER OUR COUNTRY ILLEGALLY TO WORK FOR LOW WAGES. COPANIES GET LOTS OF CHEAP DRIVERS, IMPROVE THEIR BOTTOM LINES AND WE GET LOTS OF STUFF CHEAPER. THIS WILL WORK ESPECIALLY WELL ONCE THE CHINESE COMPANY GETS THE SUPER PORT BUILT IN MEXICO, A CHINESE COMPANY RECENTLY CONTRACTED WITH MEXICO TO BUILD A SUPERPORT THERE, AND COMPANIES CAN SHIP GOOD EVEN CHEAPER INTO THE US BY BYPASSING THE "WAY TO COSTLY" PORTS OF ENTRY OF THE US. SUPPORT AMERICA, BUY CHINESE FROM MEXICO!
