Don't muddy the water: "There has been much discussion about the water quality of the Illinois River [and any other waterway for that matter] and its impact on local tourism, recreation and land use in the area. Although these are important issues, they only serve to deflect and trivialize the underlying issue: the fundamental human right to clean water."
