Let the taxpayers handle it "MoArk and other ag industries have a vested interest in doing business in a 303-D EPA listed watershed for livestock nutrients. It just seems to be a happy coincidence then that the watershed is available for 319 federal grant money to help clean up the watershed at the citizens'/ taxpayers' expense. Corporate ag doesn't have to thin its profit margin by allotting funds to protect the environment in which it operates, a practice that business-oriented state bureaucracies enthusiastically condone."
