Walter named to MSSU Board of Governors admin2

Richard (Dick) A. Walter (I) of Joplin, 62, has been named to the Missouri Southern State University Board of Governors by Gov. Matt Blunt, according to a press release sent November 16, 2007.

Walter retired in 2005 as a district engineer from the Missouri Department of Transportation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

His appointment is subject to Senate confirmation for a term ending on August 30, 2013.
