A new management team has been announced by the Northpark Mall in Joplin. Joan Ghani has been named general manager and DeLonte Colbert has been named assistant general manager.

Responsible for overall operations at the mall, Ghani has over 16 years of experience in the shopping center industry, including specialty leasing and marketing and management. She was marketing director with CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., Northpark's owner/operator, at the Post Oak Mall in College Station, Texas and general manager of the Frontier Mall in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She also has worked for The Rouse Company and Glimcher Realty Trust.

As assistant general manager, Colbert will be responsible for specialty leasing operations at the mall. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a B.S. in business administration and has worked for Clean: The Uniform Company, Verizon Wireless, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Federal Express.
