| The Neosho R5 School District would like to inform the public that Kindergarten and Preschool screenings will be offered in March and April. 2012. To ensure proper enrollment of children who are Kindergarten age, all children going to Kindergarten or Summer School must be screened and complete an enrollment packet.
The eligibility requirements are:
Preschool: Child must be 4 years old before August 1, 2012.
Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years old before August 1, 2012.
Please bring the following records:
- Proof of Residency
- STATE ISSUED Birth Certificate (Or Hospital Certificate)
- Immunization Records
- Social Security Card (0ptional)
- Medicaid Card (if applicable)
Call the Parents as Teachers office at 451-8632 to schedule an appointment. Morning, afternoon and evening appointments are available.
Appointments can be made beginning February 1, 2012. Call early to schedule your appointment!!
