Keven Cassell, 50, of 725 S. Connor, pictured, has been charged with felony assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action in the shooting of his neighbor, Keith Ritchey, 23. Cassell's bond has been set at $50,000.

Joplin Police officers found Richey yesterday (July 15, 2012) bleeding from the mouth, the victim of an apparent gunshot wound. Ritchey was transported to Freeman Hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
