Maret Center increases renewable energy exposure c-brown

Joel Lamson, an instructor at the MARET Center at Crowder College in Neosho, works on a lab project while attending Ontility training at Houston Community College in Houston, TX. He and Dan Eberle, MARET interim programs manager, were awarded the opportunity for instructor training in solar installation compliant with the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) standards through a grant managed by HCC. As part of the grant, which includes training hardware, materials and monetary compensation, they will identify colleges and vocational technical schools in Missouri with potential for the training of installers.
