Hometown Bank beefs up commercial lending dept. c-owens

Changes have occured at Hometown Bank, N.A in its commercial lending department in the Joplin market.

Joining the bank's commercial lending department as a relationship manager vice president is Bob Garner. He is a graduate of William Jewell College in Liberty, MO and received his MBA from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. He has more than 10 years of service in the banking industry.

“We are pleased to welcome Bob to Hometown Bank. He is a valuable addition to not only our staff but our customers as well” said Jeff Williams, senior executive vice president.

Stephanie Garber promoted

Stephanie Garber has been promoted to commercial banking officer/relationship manager after recently completing appropriate training. She will specialize in small business loans.

“Hometown Bank is very fortunate to have Stephanie, she has been a great asset to our team for more than 6 years. We are pleased to promote her to Commercial Banking Officer; she deserves it,” Williams said.
