Joplin Police Blotter: Arsonist arrested

Joplin Police officers and investigators have arrested Timothy A. Elsey, 40, pictured, on March 10, 2010 for probable cause in the investigation of an arson fire at 719 S. Highland Ave., Joplin.

The Jasper County prosecutor today has charged Elsey with second degree arson and second degree burglary. His bond has been set at $25,000.00.
