Crown Valley Brewing & Distilling Company of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri announces the development and production of two craft beers: Gunslinger IPA (8.3% ALC by volume), described as "robust and malty with intense hop profiles" and Farm House Lager (4.7 ALC by volume) described as "light-bodied with a clean, crisp finish."

Brewed using four different American hop varieties (Zeus, Falconer's Flight, Sentential and Citra), Gunslinger is meant to pair with grilled pork chops and ribeye steak while Farm House brewed using generous amounts of Vienna and Pilsner malts and blends of Fuggles and Hallertau Pearl hops pairs with grilled chicken breast and bar-b-cue pork.
