Copeland and Chief Financial Officer Tony Wright had promised to let employees shave their heads in boot camp style in front of the hospital’s 400 employees if McCune-Brooks placed in at least the 95th percentile nationally in an independent patient satisfaction study involving more than 1500 U.S. hospitals. Guess what? |
