Former MSSU student lauds SIFE
April 29, 2012
To the editor:

...SIFE is a great student organization and is highly respected among corporate organizations. As a former student of MSSU, I would love to see the Plaster School of Business start up a SIFE program. As the 2011 National Champions our goal for Texas State SIFE is to help others by teaching them business principles, allowing those we help to be more profitable and sustainable in the future.

[Started in 1975 and headquartered in Springfield, MO, an international organization, SIFE fosters free enterprise. It is supported financially in the United States by the these large corporations, to name a few: Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods, 3M, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Nestles, Cintas, Heinz, Proctor & Game, and AT&T. Local schools involved in the program include Drury University, Missouri State University and Crowder College.]

One of our featured projects involves a local taco caf by the name of Lolitas that sells breakfast and lunch tacos. We have helped this business expand their sales and increase their profits substantially.
