| The Joplin Tri-State Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) is proud to announce the following scholarship awards at local universities.
Gavin McAllister has been awarded the IMA Chapter scholarship for 2010 at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin. McAllister, who expects to graduate in December 2010, is a senior accounting major that works part-time as a tax intern at Leggett & Platt, Inc. in Carthage. He is a student member of IMA, the Missouri Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs and the MSSU Accounting Club.
Joel Spencer is this year’s IMA student scholarship winner at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS. Spencer is a junior accounting student with plans eventually to pursue a master's degree. Go Back |
