| Joplin Fire Chief Gary Trulson recently announced that over the course of the last several weeks, the Joplin Fire Department has responded to multiple incendiary fires. These fires have resulted in an estimated loss of over $150,000 in property damage.
These fires are currently under investigation by the Joplin Fire Department and Joplin Police Department. Investigators are asking that anyone with any information concerning these fires contact the Joplin Police Tips Line at (417) 623-3131, ext. 555, or the Missouri Arson Hotline at (800) 39-ARSON.
