Joplin's tsunami

Light snow was falling on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, as the raging waters of Shoal Creek swept across the grassy area in McIndoe Park, submerged the low water bridge on the south end of Jackson St., and created a pond in the middle of Glendale Rd.
