Mixed-use community seen as boom to tri-state area mariwinn
Updated: 2006-04-19 15:20:01
Some of the movers and shakers of the Joplin area assembled on the 2064-acre Wildwood Ranch property to help kick off a project that will dramatically alter the socio-economic conditions of the area that borders Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. The Wildwood Ranch project will be the region's largest mixed-use, master-planned community. It will feature areas set aside for commercial as well as residential use-- with 1300 acres suitable for industrial use, commercial warehousing, distribution centers, retail and corporate offices and the remainder for low and high density residential housing and amenities including the eventual need for a new school located in the Carl Junction School District. For more information contact Nevada developer James (Jimmer) Pinjuv at (417) 627-9675 or (702) 592-2250. (Photo by Vince Rosati)
