| Stacey and Steve Gamble, owners of Jim Bob’s Steak and Ribs, are bringing back some of the most popular Italian dishes from the Travetti’s days.
Chicken Marsala, Chicken Marcus, Chicken Picatta, Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo are available evenings at Jim Bob’s now. “We’re adding these dishes to our menu that we know our customers have loved in the past,” Stacey said. “The receipes were created by my dad, Jim Wilkinson, when he owned Travetti’s. They are authentically prepared and freshly made exactly the same way by our experienced chefs right here.”
Stacey and Steve Gamble bought Jim Bob’s last year from Stacey's parents, Jim and Darcy Wilkerson.
Jim Bob’s is open Mondays through Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. serving quality, fresh-never-frozen steaks, ribs, burgers, salads and now a whole lot more.
Jim Bob’s opened in 1992 at 2040 S. Rangeline. Prior to opening Jim Bob’s, the family owned and operated Wilkinson’s Restaurant at the same location. They also owned Travetti's at 20th and Rangeline for a number of years.
