| The Missouri State Highway Patrol Major Crash Team is assisting the Joplin Police Department with an investigation into the cause of a crash early this morning (Oct. 7, 2011) on I-44 at mile marker 4.4.
Brenda Lane, 49, from Granby is in critical condition after colliding her passenger van with a semi-truck. Lane had been driving east in the westbound lane when she collided with the semi traveling west driven by Emil Davidkov, 41, of Glenview, IL. Davidkov's injuries were listed as minor.
After being taken to Freeman West, Lane reportedly was airlifted to a hospital in Columbia, MO. Go Back |
