Investigators with the Joplin Police Department were able to identify evidence on scene that led to the development of three adult suspects. All of the stolen property was recovered and returned to the owner of Big Johns Heavy Equipment as a result of this investigation. The Stemming from the events of May 18th, the Joplin Police Department is currently seeking felony charges through the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorneys Office on Joshua C. Wilkins, 17, for Burglary 2nd Degree and Property Damage 1st Degree, on Joshua B. Foulk, 18, for Burglary 2nd Degree and Property Damage 1st Degree and Bryce L. Tune, 20, for Burglary 2nd Degree, and Property Damage 1st Degree. All alleged perpetrators are from Joplin.
Charges are also being sought against both Wilkins and Foulk for Tampering 1st Degree, Burglary 2nd Degree, Stealing, and Property Damage 1st Degree for the events stemming from the events of May 26th.
