| Heartland Crime Stoppers is asking for help in locating Eric V. Carr, Daniel G. Smith and James R. Williams. Carr and Williams are wanted for possession, distribution, delivery, and manufacturing of controlled substance and Smith for 1st degree tampering with a motor vehicle.

Carr is a 47 year-old white male, 6 feet tall weighing 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, Smith is a 22 year-old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall weighing 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, Williams is a 40 year-old black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall weighing 235 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
