James is a 25 year-old white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall weighing 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for distributing/delivering/manufacturing a controlled substance.
Lotterer is a 29 year-old white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is wanted for forgery.
Manco is a 22 year-old white male, 5 feet 3 inches tall weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for 1st degree tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of controlled substance, 2 counts 2nd degree burglary, and 2nd degree arson.
Toothaker is a 27 year-old white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for three counts 2nd degree assault and two counts possession of controlled substance.
