Updated: 2014-02-03 13:28:05
CRIME STOPPERS and the Springfield Police Department are requesting help regarding unique rings stolen from the Missouri State University (MSU) campus. Within the past month, 10 NCAA Championship basketball rings were stolen. Most of the rings were inscribed with reference to the Tennessee Lady Vols and/or a specific name. Police investigators are seeking help from the public with any information regarding this crime.

Anyone with information concerning this case, please call Crime Stoppers. Do NOT try to apprehend the suspect, as they may become violent. Call CRIME STOPPERS at 869-TIPS (8477), submit your tip on-line at www.tipsubmit.com, or text “417SPD plus your message” to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters do not have to give their names and could earn a reward of up to $1000.00 in cash for the information that leads to the arrest and the filing of charges against people involved in felony crimes.
