Top TJ students earn TIP status
September 08, 2013
Eleven students from Thomas Jefferson Independent Day School in Joplin qualified for the Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP) 7th Grade Talent Search which helps educators and families determine how advanced their students academic abilities truly are by offering testing at least two years above a student's current grade. All students scored at or above the 95th percentile in 6th grade. They also have opportunities to participate in unique enrichment programs and gain access to valuable resources for gifted students.
