Missouri amendment 2 opposition: I smell hypocrisy rl-moore
Updated: 2006-10-23 11:21:25
To the editor:

I am sitting here reading, once again, about how terrible it will be if amendment 2 is passed.

How it is so terrible to use a blastocyst for possible medical cures. How terrible it is to trade a life for a life.

What I want to know is, why is life so much more valuable if it is American? If the life is Chinese, we could care less.

How many of the people, so against amendment 2, shop at Wal-Mart or the many other companies that sell goods from China? Depending on the source, there are between 7 and 11 million abortions a year in China. Many are mandatory. If life is so precious, why do you buy products from such a country? Please explain how you can be so against amendment 2, but support mandatory abortions with your pocketbooks.

I am tired of the hypocrisy!
