| The Springfield Convention & Visitors Bureau's Great Freebies Trivia Contest is Underway. For the next several weeks participants will have opportunities to answer trivia questions posted on the "I Love Springfield, Missouri" blog here. Clues to the answers are provided.
Winners with correct answers randomly will be selected for prizes that will include free admission to area attractions including Dickerson Park Zoo, the Springfield Discovery Center, Fantastic Caverns, Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and Wild Animal Safari.
Prizes for the opening question posted September 28, 2009 include a Taste of Springfield cookbook and 20 food sample tickets to the Taste of Springfield event held in downtown Springfield on October 3.
