In support of HB 1549, Safety Temps Limited of Chesterfield, MO is currently taking class reservations of 20 or more students for OSHA 10-hour training sessions.

Any contracts entered into prior to August 28, 2009, are not subject to the training requirement. However, even if a general contractor has entered into a public works contract before the effective date of the law, on-site employees of all subcontractors who enter into subcontracts after the effective date of the law are still subject to the Construction Safety Training Act. Such subcontractors must have their on-site employees complete Required Safety Training before the employees begin on-site work.

Contractors need to call Safety Temps Limited at: (866) 447-3561 to schedule a time for trainers to come to their jobsites so that their workers may fulfill the obligation found in the Missouri law.
