Neosho, MO's 12 Days of Christmas "On the twelfth day of Christmas the City gave to me, 12 D.R.E.A.M. Initiative grants, eleven city buildings, ten construction projects,nine free Civic Center rentals, eight-week leaf pickup program, seven

airport hangars, six towed vehicles, five elected officials, four city parks, three nine-hole layouts, two fire stations, and a clean swimming pool for my kids."
