Scupture garden is created at JHS
June 18, 2011
Carvings made from the trunks of trees damaged in the May 22, 2011 tornado may be found on the grounds of Joplin High School. They were created by artists from Garden Sculpture Art of Indian Mound, TN as a tribute to Joplin and its citizens' resiliency. In the background someone used masking tape to modify the sign that was damaged in the storm. (Photo by Justin Pittman)
