The Tri-State Area Contractors Association, 1216 Illinois Ave., Joplin, has created a U-Tube video they would like people to see. Set to the tune of "We Built this City" by Starship, the 3-minute, 20-second video morphs the areas of destruction into pre-tornado "wholeness" and urges the use of local contractors for current reconstruction projects through utilization of TSACA's resources.
