Taste of Grand to feature 25 eateries staff

Amber Kiernan and Lisa Pitts (pictured beginning with Kristi Morrow of the Vintage Petal from L-R) with the Taste of Grand Planning committee recently visited the floral and home décor store to discuss creating casual elegance and charm for the upcoming event. The Vintage Petal has graciously offered to provide all decorating for the food and wine tasting event that will take place on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at 900 E. 13th St., Grove, OK. Performing will be the Wes Hart Band.

INTEGRIS Grove Hospital Foundation is holding a raffle with all proceeds from the raffle benefitting the foundation’s cancer fund. The winner of the raffle will receive a side of beef courtesy of Woody Crest Farms, 50 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast meat courtesy of Simmons, a chest type freezer courtesy of Lowe’s and a Master Forge electric smoker. Tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets can be purchased for $20. Tickets are available at many local banks and businesses including Bank of Grove, First National Bank, Grand Savings Bank, Bank of Oklahoma and Arvest Bank. Tickets may also be purchased in the administrative offices of INTEGRIS Grove Hospital. The winner need not be present at the drawing to win.

Tickets for the event are $80 each, a fund-raiser for INTEGRIS cancer unit, and available at all local banks. For more information call (918) 791-1974.
