Motorists are encouraged to report potholes staff
Updated: 2013-03-18 15:42:14
Have a gripe over potholes?

The Missouri Department of Transportation is conducting a Missouri Pothole Patrol from March 18 until April 14, 2013. This initiative allows motorists to become part of the process of road damage repair.

Methods for reporting a pothole include:

  • Send an e-mail here.

  • Phone MoDot's Customer Service Center 24/7 at (888) 275-6636

  • Fill in the form here.

"One of MoDOT's top priorities is the safety of the traveling public," said Elizabeth Wright, state maintenance engineer. "We want to encourage our customers to contact us any time they see something of concern."

MoDOT's rapid response pothole repair is only a temporary fix. Once the weather warms up, the temporary patches will be replaced with permanent repairs.
