Heartland Crime Stoppers is asking for help in locating Shaina Carder and Troy A. Willhite. Carder is wanted for possession of a controlled substance and theft/attempted theft of anhydrous and Willhite for theft.

Carder is a 28 year-old white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall weighing 130 pounds with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes.

Willhite is a 38 year-old white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall weighing 195 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
